Joe Jowett

CEO & Co-Founder

Joe co-founded StrikeX in 2021 and has spent the last five years building tokenisation infrastructure. He leads StrikeX's technical and commercial direction, and the design of the company's core protocols and products. His background spans active trading and early on-chain markets.

Kishan Vadgama

CCO & Co-Founder

Kishan co-founded StrikeX to make innovative investing tools more accessible and practical. He brings over 12 years of experience across design, product, and marketing, with a focus on turning complex systems into simple user experiences.

Rob Clarke

Chief Technology Officer

Rob is a technologist with a track record delivering platforms for enterprise, cloud, and service providers. His background spans infrastructure, networking, security, and dev-ops, with a focus on taking emerging technology into mission-critical environments.

Jason Butler

Chief Security Officer

Jason is an engineer, developer, and innovator with deep cybersecurity experience. He specialises in architecting secure, scalable, and resilient systems for start-ups, enterprises, service providers, and multinational distributors.

Laurence Booth

Board of Directors

Laurence has more than two decades of experience managing execution services across asset classes and geographies. Before joining CMC Markets, he held senior leadership roles with Morgan Stanley, Citigroup, Nomura, and Nikko Europe.

Simon Campbell

Board of Directors

Simon is Group Head of Trading at CMC Markets and has been with the company for over 17 years. He leads quantitative strategy across trading, risk, and front-office development, and is a CFA Charterholder.

CMC Markets (LSE: CMCX) is a FTSE 250 financial services company and majority shareholder of StrikeX Technologies, holding a 51% stake taken in May 2025 (up from its initial 33% investment in June 2023). CMC operates regulated trading platforms across the UK, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and Canada, serving institutional and retail clients.

StrikeX sits within the CMC Markets group, focused on digital asset infrastructure including tokenisation systems, on-chain verification, and DeFi applications.
